Many times it is needed to measure distances and angles betwen one or two objects. The Measure & Construction tool does this and more!

Step 1: Create two Cube objects (Objects=>Primitives=>Cube). Move one of the cubes to Y = 230m.

Convert both cubes to a polygon object (Functions=>Make Editable). Multi-select both cube objects in the Object Manager.

Step 2: Activate the Measure & Construction tool (Functions=>Measure & Construction). All the settings for this tool will be displayed in the Attributes Manager.

Enable the 3rd Point option in the tool settings. This turns on another vector that can then solve for the angle of the measure.

Step 3: Without holding Ctrl or Shift, click anywhere on the objects to move the pivot point of the two vectors.

Now, while holding the Shift modifier click to control the endpoint of the 1st veector. The yellow highlight will snap to points, polygons, and edges.

Hold Ctrl to control the endpoint of the second vector.

Step 4: You can now control the distance and angle of the vectors. In the Attributes Manager click and drag on the spinner arrows for each of the Distance 1, Distance 2, and Angle fields. These changes will affect the cubes alignment in real-time!

Note: You can keep this measure and add as many as you want by using the New Measure function in the tool settings. The Selection drop down will display all measures for the scene. Each measure's visibility can be turned on / off by enabling / disabling the Show checkbox respectively.
